A friend suggested I visit Island time after a bad experience from a neighboring tanning salon. I was so happy with my experience at this clean,friendly and upbeat tanning salon. The name is fitting, this is truly a fun and relaxing environment. The woman that was working was friendly and knowledgeable, unlike other salons that are quick to rush you off to a bed or booth. I will be back for sure!

i have to say by z sounds of it-They did what they could to try and satisfy a client ,As a busnss womn i know no membership tht stops over the phone- U must have a signature-(always read the fine print -)if tht were the case we could do it with all documents that are electonic drawn-so I thnk maybe she probably was just doing wht she thought to plz z client-and u did send a mixed message 0u wanted it closed and then came back to tan???? - now ive only tanned there twice-so its just feed back-from a reader=

Absolutely ridiculous!!! I purchased a package at this establishment 6 months consecutively. After having run into financial problems I opted to cancel my package for the month. Via telephone I was told "No problem, you're all cancelled." Three days later, however, I was charged $49.79 directly out of my checking account. I, of course, went directly to Island Time to try to resolve the issue. I was told there was absolutely no way possible for them to cancel my package unless I signed a document at the salon stating that I would like to do so. So against my will, I kept my package for the month of April. I was reminded by the least personable and least professional employee, Carrie that if I chose to cancel in the future, I would have to come into the salon before the first of May in order to sign, and do so. I arrived for my appointment May 1st, never having signed ANYTHING! because I did not wish to cancel anymore. Carrie, also the rudest and least intelligent employee evidently took it upon herself to cancel my package without my signature or consent. When I tried to resolve yet another problem they had caused me, she did nothing to try to help and was incredibly rude, perhaps because she's a 50 year old bitter woman booking tanning appointments for a living, who knows? I've never been so loyal to a business, and been treated so poorly in return. I'm disgusted and truly inconvenienced by their incompetence and you will be also, if you decide to go there.

Love this tanning salon. The girls that work there are always friendly and helpful. They told me about all the different lotions so I could decide what would be best for me. The salon is very clean and it is so relaxing! I love the location as well- it couldn't get any better then this place! I have bought many packages and I will continue to do so!
