I am a new customer of Alterra and I have been very impressed so far with their service. Our service pro, Mann was on time, courteous, and thorough. We had a serious problem with ants near our pool, and now they seem to be gone.

Andy gave us a call to let us know when he would be here. He was right on time and did a very nice job. He gave a report after his treatment. We are very satisfied with the service Andy gave.

We had Michael H come and service our home yesterday. He called us about 30 minutes before he was coming , which I like. I had to cancel my appointment because something came up. After two hours went by I called him and ask him if he could come back by to service the house, so that I wouldn't have to make another appointment. He was very understanding and said he would . Great customer service. Didn't have to remind him where to spray he remember from the last time .

We had Andy service our home today. He is so professional and kind in every way. He made sure to keep a safe distance from our koi pond. Sally H.

We had Michael H. service our home today and he was very prompt, professional, and made sure to close the back gates so our dogs wont get out (not all of the services we receive do this). He was also very thorough! I already noticed a decline in spiders.

Have been with Alterra for a while now and we are very happy with the service. The service professionals are always personable, helpful and don't hesitate if we ask for a little extra spraying since we live by a huge open field with lots of black widows and wolf spiders. Michael Hendrix was great today and again did a little extra spraying to help us out. Thanks for the great work!

Alterra provides a good effective service and will return as many times as needed to resolve pest issues. After having years of good experiences with Alterra I moved and had my service rep changed which did not go very well. After requesting Andy S. only service my new place I'm an Alterra fan again. If you get Andy S. he will take very good care of you.

renwick was very good taking care of my home and making sure that he was very detail. I just wanted to let him know that i really do appericate his hard work

My wife and I just signed up with Alterra about a month ago and the service have been great. Renwick came out and did a good job. He sprayed the entire home and also sprayed the fence, I was very happy with the job in did for us.

Michael Hendrix was out at my residence a couple of days ago. He used the big gun sprayer, spent a lot of time to insure that all areas were taken care of. He even tipped over the patio chairs and sprayed into the bottom holes, a location that is popular for black widows. No more spider problem. Thanks so much

I have been nothing but pleased with the service I've had from Alterra. Today though, Dominic exceeded my expectations when he came to spray the inside of my house for spiders. He thoroughly explained everything and was friendly too! I would definitely recommend this company.

Michael came out this morning to deal with our black widow problem. He was right on time and very friendly. He listened to my concerns and he then explained exactly what he was doing and what we should expect.

We have used Alterra for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Andy is always right on top of everything. This summer the aphids started to take over our hedges and garden. When I called they sent him right out. He was very careful to spray everything but the garden and shared information on how to treat my fruit and vegetable plants. As always we appreciate how concerned he is for our family's welfare.
