I gave specific instructions , a little over and above what is the customary service for a residence- due to spider problems that we seem to have regularly (mostly in the Summer). He gladly accepted my instructions and followed thru. Thank you, Taylor! Great job and more importantly a good attitude on the job and good customer relations- friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional at what you do. My Tech was fast, efficient, and sensitive to my fears, additional requests and concerns. He was also detailed, friendly and kind. I appreciate the returned service I was unable to receive prior do to a pressing appointment I had. I was thrilled with Hunter today and feel safe and reassured with my service .

Out technician Kyle did a great job! He was on time and answered all my questions and even let my very curious little boys follow him around a bit.

My technician, Jorge, is so considerate. My sweet, senior dog was in the backyard today and he postponed spraying the backyard. I am so glad he did not spray while she was outside. I am at work, so I need to arrange for a friend to stay with her so I can reschedule and I am happy to do so. I know I can rely on Jorge's judgement and this gives me a really good and confident feeling that using APTIVE is the right choice.

My name is Lorena P. from Elk Grove. I don't usually accept solicitors but I was willing to give them a chance. Our Service Pro guy was Kyle Wallace. He was prompt, friendly and was ready to answer any questions I had. Explained everything he did and I saw he was all over our property spraying then let us know what happens next and if we have any questions. Great customer service. He was great.

A young salesman came to our door and was impressed with there presentation, especially that they used natural powders to treat house hold pests. The service man came promptly to our home two days later and explained everything to us, and treated our yard. He was very polite and professional, and listened to our concerns. My first impression of this company is very good.
