I didn't even want to give them one star, but I have no choice. Very poor customer service, horrible quality products. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Ridiculously slow. Sent one hood up that didn't even pass the shippers inspection when it was transferred for shipping. Replacement hood took SIX FRIGGING WEEKS! Its in route, but they lied about when the replacement shipped. Very poor customer communications. Wouldn't answer their phones, and at one point, had the business on an answering service for days. Buy somewhere else.

I ordered a week ago and they just sent me a payment confirmation.

Took them a week to process payment and even longer to figure out how to ship it. Order from them of you want your part by next Christmas
