The owner Cashmere that owns this branch is very dishonest and untrustworthy he took 400$ if my hard earned money that I paid to Have a package delivered 1st class mail and a week later after I get emails saying the package was delivered I get a call from him saying that the packages were sent back and never delivered. I currently an out of state and have no way to pick up the packages so I kindly asked why they did not at least leave the packages at the ups pick up center in the town I shipped them to and he would not answer and gave me the run around. I have packages delivered all the time and that is what they will normally do. I then asked if he could send them to me at my ups pick up center since the packages were never delivered as paid for and he refused to do so and said he would charge me another 400$ again, also he so stated I have less than 7 days to come back from out of state to pick them up or he will charge my Credit Card a daily storage fee. This is outright criminal.
