These townhomes appear nice and have a lot of space, but beware. We have had continuous issues with our basement flooding, to date it has flooded 4 TIMES and ruined many of our items. When we talked to management, they put us on the back burner and did not come out to clean up the multiple inches of standing water until we harassed them multiple times. The floor is constantly flaking paint everywhere because of all the water getting underneath the multiple layers of paint. Any maintenance takes more than a week to be addressed, from issues ranging from leaking sinks, broken lights, malfunctioning screen door, broken refrigerator, etc. We have had nothing but issues with management and maintenance here. Rent is expensive and the central air does not cool the upstairs. There is also not enough parking.

At first Pheasant Run seemed like a great place to live. Everyone was very friendly at the front office, until we switched to a different town home in the complex. Apparently their "Pet Friendly" policy only exists if you do not live next to what they refer to as a "long time resident". Without any warning at all we received an eviction notice on our door. We looked and it stated that we are being evicted because of a break in our pet policy. Apparently the complex will bend over backwards for some residents while treating others with complete disrespect. I guess that because our dogs would bark sometimes when kids in the complex walked close by the window or knocked on it,this somehow broke their pet policy. Also, when walking through the complex be sure to ignore the mounds of dog feces around the complex, but be sure to make sure every last piece is picked up from behind your back door. This was also on our eviction notice - "Not picking up dog waste". Keep in mind, we always paid our rent and kept to ourselves while here, but that isn't enough. As soon as your dog starts doing dog things here in their "pet friendly" town homes you may also be left without a home to go to. I would not recommend Pheasant Run to anyone with a pet, or anyone for that matter. Who knows if they will place you next to one of their prized "long term residents".
