Excellent service, trustworthy and reliable! They do exactly what their website states. I sent in my Wii console to be repaired and received it back within a reasonable time frame with no problems. I highly recommend Gophermods!

Gophermods gets 5 stars because they did exactly what they said they would do, they kept me informed, they got my PS3 (Sony would have sent me a different one) back to me in working condition within a week (a quarter of the time it would take Sony), and they did it at a really amazing price (half the price it would cost to deal with Sony). I sent my PS3 to them because it finally had the YLOD. I didn't want to lose my saves (all 75+ of them) or my 500GB hard drive so I sent it to them. It now works great. I've followed the instructions they sent with it and haven't had a problem yet. I know the fix is essentially a stop gap but it was exactly what I needed to transfer everything off my PS3 to another one. Thanks Gophermods. You are awesome!

My PS3 got the YLOD. I sent it to GopherMods for the reball repair. I knew there was a waitlist going in, was well worth the wait.They cleaned my console inside and out, reballed it and upgraded my HDD as well. I got my disc that was stuck inside back and kept all of my game save and data also.The guys there kept me informed and updated through the whole process and were always prompt with emails , courteous when I would call and always took the time to answer all of my questions. My PS3 is running great, quiter, cooler!! I would not hesitate to use these guys again if I ever needed any of their services again, game console, phone or anything. Very pleased and satisfied!!!

Just an awesome place with awesome service!! At first, I was very skeptical of Gophermods, but after speaking with them, I decided to ship my console in. Communication, service, and shipping was great, but after I got my console back, something was wrong with it and I drove 95 minutes to go chewed them out....long story short, it was my fault that it didn't work, but I was a dick to them about my own idiocy. However, they were very professional and courteous and they helped me solved my problem. Also, bonus, they are a VERY diverse company. Good to see that they make an effort to hire people with different backgrounds to cater to their diverse customers. Gophermods is the best!!
