Provided by YP.comOn my Vynel liner pool install the sides came out under the coupling after 1 week. They tried to fix it twice but it keeps coming out. Now they won’t answer my calls.
Mittnight pools first said it was because I overfilled the pool. It was once over by about 1/2 inch. I’ve had the pool for over 30 years and I’ve never heard this before. With rain, it’s always going to be higher than normal. I also heard that I needed new coupling to hold the liner up. I have no problems in the shallow end of the pool and the coupling looks the same on either end of the pool.
I was told they would be back after a certain date but they never showed up. Now they will not answer the phone when I call. Buyer beware.
