My husband and I were car shopping for my son's very first car and I was extremely skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from Ace Motors due to some of the negative reviews. Just remember there are two sides to every story. From what I gathered, many of the negative reviews are from potential buyers who are unable to obtain financing due to poor credit scores. You cannot fault a business for this unfortunate circumstance. I also noticed some reviews state that cars have warning lights on prior to purchase. If that's the case, then don't buy that particular car. No-one is forcing you. 🤷
My experience with Ace Motors was superb. We were able to test drive the vehicle and fully inspect it prior to purchasing it. On 9/11/20 we purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion for my son and surprised him with it. The car rides smoothly and we have not had any problems with the vehicle. Both Tim and Pat were friendly and made the process quick and stress-free. It was a pleasure doing business and I would highly recommend them.
