I called about a rental home Mr. Beaver had but I did not qualify due to my bad credit. Mr. Beaver gave me some suggestions on what to do and where to go. I found a place thanks to him. He spent 20 minutes with me on the phone after he know he would not be able to rent me a home. Who does that these days?? Mr.Beaver is awesome.
