DO NOT do business with this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a warranty for my vehicle. When it came time for them to pay approximately $500 for something that was to be covered according to their agreement. They gave me the runaround and tried EVERYTHING to get me to give up so they didn't have to pay. There were numerous phone calls with no results. I didn't give up and eventually they ended up offering to cancel my account and give me a full refund of $2400. Sounded stupid on their part to me, but considering what it would take to get another claim paid if I ever needed it, I was on board! They said it would take 30-60 days to receive the check. After waiting over 60 days for this refund, I called to see where my money was, only to be laughed at, yes....laughed at and told good luck getting my money. For some reason the guy called back the next day apologizing and said the check was in the mail. I thought, maybe he got in trouble for talking to a customer like that???not sure, but the check DID show up.....only to be rejected by my bank for insufficient funds....and so the fun continues. Our next stop...an attorney
