Very knowledge, friendly and helpful staff. I frequent Plaza Tire Service for all my automotive needs and have always been more than satisfied. Advisors never attempt to sell needless services. Very appropriate regarding recommendations.

Grateful they took care of problem very quickly. Was a little confused about pricing.

What an amazing experience I had today with Plaza Tire! They were half the price of other places I checked into to get 2 new tires on the front of my car. Fast and courteous! They have made a new customer for life!

Plaza is my go to for great service! I've used them for years and always found them honest, knowledgeable and timely no matter the "issue" my vehicle is having.

Fast friendly excellent customer service. I was in a bind and they got right on it and I was done in half hour. Price was really good

As the name states - Tire Change Specialist. I would add that they are also good for Oil and Filter change. Anything other than that and they are quite useless.

A couple of years ago, these guys convinced me to buy their Premium Alignment service for about $300, that would provide me a lifetime warranty on alignment. I am now entitled to free alignment every 6,000 miles, or up to two times a year.



Last year I got the free alignment done, and they told me that my gear box had play in it. I work on my own cars, so this year, I replaced the gear box myself, bought 4 new tires from NTB, because they had an excellent deal, and took my car to this store for alignment. I dropped off the car in the morning and left the Premium Alignment certificate with them.



They called me around 4:30 p.m. and told me that they could not do the alignment because the left lower ball joint was loose, and had about an inch of play in it. It would cost me hundreds of dollars to fix it. I brought the car back and checked it myself. There was no play in the ball joints. No matter how hard I tried, I could not move it. I even used a 2 by 4 for leverage and still did not see any play in it.



Next day, I took it to their other store on Mexico road, waited for them to finish the alignment, and then gave them the certificate. They did not find any play in the ball joints, and adjusted the front right alignment by 0.84 degrees. I gave them the premium certificate, and they gave me full credit.



Bottom line, the guys at this store are dishonest (2550 Old Hwy 94). Never buy the Premium Alignment service.



They probably did this to me because I replaced the gear box myself, and bought new tires from someone else. They did not make any money from me, except for the original Premium service. I am never going back to this store.
