I use the daycare for my dog who has lots of energy. He comes home tired every time which is great. The staff are all wonderful and they know my dog by name whenever I drop him off. Highly recommended!



I do believe the reviews that are rated 1 star are by the same person or at least about the same incident as they have posted on other review sites also.

Terrible Conditions and staff...wouldnt recommend these people to watch any dog!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!The conditions are horrible!!!They leave your dog unattended with holes in the fence!! my dog got loose here and they waited to call us for 2 hours to try and cover it up.. we eventually found my dog four hours later in a pond swimming holding on for life!! they tried to blame us....IM BEYOND UPSET WHAT THEY PUT US AND MY DOG THROUGH

This place is horrible...they lost my dog...I have pictures of the conditons at this place..these people lost my dog through a hole in the fence. The dog was lost a 9 am about an hour after I dropped him off..they didnt call me until 10:30am giving them time to search for him and try and find him to cover up the situatuon..I have photos of the conditions and reports that were taken. The conditons at this place need to be investigated immediatley because im fearful of what will happen to other dogs!!!

Dropped my dog off for the first time for daycare.. He got out at 9am and I wasn't called until 10:30 am the girl said it wasn't her decision to not call me. My family all left work to come help look for him. After searching for two hours we found him in a nearby pond. He could barely swim to the shore. He was shivering and filled with sticks. He had ticks all over him. The employees seemed careless. They weren't trying to help just kept saying the understood when we would express our frustrations. The voicemail the girl originally left me was so monotone and carefree. She just went about her day she was just calling to see if he had tags on and was microchipped. This is a terrible place. I will never take my dog there again and would not recommend them to anyone. I'm thankful to of found my dog alive and well.

Most dogs hate the kennel or the groomer, but my dog loves Yips and Yaps she is so happy to go there. I know when I travel she is having a blast and well cared for. when I am not traveling, they groom her for me, she looks great and she isn't all weird when I pick her up. Other places I have taken her she has been shaking after getting groomed. Sometimes I even give her a special treat and let her go to day care there on days that I am going to have to work extra long. Saddie and I BOTH love Yips and Yaps so much!
