Rick has serviced our pool for years. He and his staff are very professional, and great to work with. Our pool has always been properly maintained. The few times we've needed repairs they have been done at a great cost with minimal wait time. We are very satisfied customers, and always highly recommend Rick!

Cunning and unprofessional. Rick and I agreed to pricing terms to locate a leak in our jacuzzi for our RV Resort. Then the day before he was to perform this work, he sent a text to my employee asking whether I was going to purchase a new heater from him for our swimming pool for which he required advanced payment. When I informed him that I hadn't decided on the pool heater yet for which he had quoted me since the leak was our big priority, he lashed out via text message to my employee again saying he wouldn't work for me anymore, leaving me to dry at the last minute during our busiest season with a broken jacuzzi. Come to find out later he had marked up the price of the pool heater by at least $1,300.00 , if not more. I'm cool with someone making a fair mark-up, but I'm not cool with a conman. We ended up hiring American Leak Detection out of Las Vegas who quickly and competently found our leak problem and did so without preconditions of buying an overpriced pool heater from them like Rick required.
