Sterling was friendly and made sure he understood what I wanted done. He took special attention to making sure any stains were treated first. He was very pleasant young man. He got busy right away and made sure any excess water was cleaned up before leaving and told me if there was any problems after it dried to let him know.

By far the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. The customer service and care put into the job were absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend.
