I provide Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy/Counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. My focus is on families of children on the Autism Spectrum, EMDR (a technique used to help people heal from past traumatic experiences and other mental health concerns), and Play Therapy. Clients also come in to discuss a variety of other concerns, such as Addictions, Anger Management, Anxiety, Fears, Family Conflict, Self-esteem, Depression, Grief and Loss, Parenting, Relationship Issues, and Thinking Disorders.
