Grainger does not allow their customers contact their local branches. They rejected an order of mine that I placed in their store, they never called me to tell me that they could not fulfill my order, and they have not refunded my money. Their customer service rep said I have to return to the store to find out why they have rejected my order, no person can help me or answer my questions. TOTAL BS
