Keystone Community Services is a community-based human service organization serving the various areas of St. Paul, Minn. Its programs include a preschool, in-school and after school programs for children and youth. It offers an alternative education and support program for adolescents and family and food centers. It provides case management for seniors, disabled and low-income families. It also offers a seniors program that provides meals on wheels. Additionally, the community provides peer counseling, programs for active seniors and senior job training sessions. Keystone Community Services is a merger of two community-based agencies, Merriam Park Community Services and Neighbor to Neighbor.
