I had been taking my car to a downtown Saint Paul shop that is famous for tires, where I'd ask for my free tire rotation and it wouldn't get done. They would then tell me that they had put 8 quarts of synthetic oil into a car that can only hold 5.5. ######By the time I had brought my BMW into Lancer I was in need of thousands of dollars of repairs due to the inadequate preventative maintenance/knowledge of my previous mechanics. If you have a car that is out of warranty then bring it to Lancer for oil changes and service. I may have to give up my car sooner than I wanted to.

I have total trust in Lancer Service. I have found their advice honest, the work professional and knowledgeable. The service at Lancer Service is by far the best that I have ever recieved. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions that I made with the information that they presented to me. They repaired my issue quickly and also informed me of some other upcoming maintenence to prepair me for the future without attempting to sell extra work. I would highly recommend anyone to Lancer as I have found that I am finally completely satisfied with a repair facility that does what is needed on my vehicle without giving me any of the uneasy feelings typically associated with auto repairs.
