I called to inquire about referrals and received very unprofessional customer service from Jared the so called manager. He told me "that's too bad" and "good luck" when I told him I had referred a friend that's been donating twice a week because she didn't write my name down that I referred her. She wrote down that a friend referred her. So would you would rather loose two new donors? Jared makes the company look bad and I can't believe Talecris would hire such rude managers.
