You will HATE it here! The manager Sheila does absolutely nothing to renters that are loud all the time, do drugs, fight, & stand in your yard looking in your window. You get no privacy. The owners want your money but don't care about your happiness. There are so many black kids in the complex that they do what they please & nothing is done about it. If you complain, Sheila will tell you "next time they're out". It's an empty promise. As long as they get their rent, people won't get kicked out. I know of some renters that have to put up with pot smoke coming through the walls. Does this sound like Paradise to you? If so, feel free to move in!

These are the cheapest apartments you can find in the area, however you get what you paid for. They are oldest apartments with old appliance, they are slow to do repairs, they have an Office manager (Sheila) that is a liar and don't know what she is doing. She was recently hired. Much of they help quit because they are bad to do busy with. If you move their make sure you AC unit is new, the washer/dryer is new, the water heater is new because they will not come out to fix it. It's a bad area for families. I was there for a year and moved before signing a new release. A man murdered his baby, drug dealers in area, domestic violence in parking lot. Police is called in that area on the regular. If you looking for cheap this is your place but not safety.

They Are The Lowest Priced Apartments I Could Find In The Area And I Really Searched Around Hard. Even Tho They Are The Lowest Priced. They Are As Nice As The Highest Priced Ones I Looked At. I Saved $300 Per Month and More On Some. Really Easy To Get To Fort Also.

This is a nice place to live. Good price for what you get. Love the landlord. She is a great person.
