this is very overpriced for the service. It is a disappointing experience. the stylist and manicurist acted like they were actually distracted. I do not know how they got AVEDA

I didn't return, especially when the girl made the remark "you actually drive 60 miles just to get your hair done and manicure." didn't like the energy here

Please do not waste your money or time at this spa. My friend and her wedding party went April 2011 she was not that happy, However my son was in town visiting and someone told him it was great, He purchased 3 gift certificates for his 2 sisters and mother, my youngest daughter went first, she came home with oily hair and was very sadden that she had to spend the night washing her hair again, Well my daughter and I didn't want to waste all the money he spent and i decided to take part of my certificate on a manicure, actually had not had a professional manicure for long time. the young lady had me soak my fingers in cold soapy water and the she began to file and filed all my nails and sent me to wash them, then she pushed the cuticles back with a old wooded stick, threw some clear pollish on and oil around the nail bed and off she went. When I adress the issues of dead skin she said she could not take it off because it is against her hair dressing policy to use any object to cut dead skin off and any nail salon that does that should be shut down. Well let me think so we would close all of them but hers.. My daughter had her hair strighten with a flat iron and lets see how much was that 15 min worth.. This salon is way over priced and more on the amature side than professional, It was not pleasing at all. We still have money left on our certificate and thats scary to go back in just to finish our certificate , my son was trying to give us great gifts, instead this salon and day spa is a nightmare.. I wish they would just let us cash out our certificates...

I recently visited this spa because my husband bought a gift certificate for me for Valentine's Day. I had a facial and a 30 minute back, neck, and shoulder massage. This was a great spa....it is an AVEDA spa so all products are natural! I would highly recommend it to any local or visitor in need of some relaxation!
