I want to thank Pet Exchange for their caring and awesome recognition of a sad situation. I was visiting in the area and found a sweet yorkie wondering down a very busy road. I got out and took the sweet little guy to prevent him from being hit by a car. Pet Exchange was so kind to offer me a loaner crate, food, treats, a collar and leash...complimentary! They truly care for pets. They also assisted me in finding the owner...so, a happy ending. Thank you Pet Exchange for being so awesome to me and to sweet Jake! I am so happy Jake found his home and owner, although I do miss him!

The pictures posted are of my puppy Bella. I took her in today to have her nails, bath and face trimmed the first 2 pics were before her haircut and the others were after her cut at Pet Exchange. Before I handed Bella to the groomer Katie I showed her a picture of how I wanted it cut. She said she could cut it then I placed her in her hands. When she brought Bella out Katie had left her face choppy and uneven. I asked her to try to fix it. She called in 2 other unqualified employees in to help her. The last few pics are the end result of katies professional services. I was not happy with the result and saddened by it. Bella was missing her whiskers and had long and short pieces on each side of her face, the nose area had been so short on one side while the other was longer. I was then told by Katie that I would have to pay the full amount for her services, when I requested a discount due to Bella face being ruined, she stated no, then threatened to call the cops and press charges for theft if I did not pay the full amount. I was then ganged up on by the 2 other employees. I informed them that I would pay but Katie should be honest enough to know when she's messes up to own up to it and discount her fee. I'm posting so people will know the type of grooming service that is provided by Katie and to make you aware of Pet Exchange's behavior. The last picture is of how Bella looked before I took her to Pet Exchange.
