I like to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere when you come to my office. Comfortable seating, scented candles burning, and a relaxed feeling as if you were at home in your living room. I see people for individual, couples/marital, and family therapy. I treat anxiety/panic attacks, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) particularly related to childhood trauma/neglect/abuse, anger management, and life stage transitions such as high school/college graduation, retirement, early exit from the workforce due to disability, and caregiver stress. I have almost 15 years of experience working with all ages from adolescents to elders.
