Its product line includes hand mixers, spiral mixers, dough sheeters, dough processors, bread slicers, tenderizers and saws, melon peelers and fat analyzer equipment. Univex was established in 1948 in Somerville, Mass. It now has headquarters in Salem, N.H. The company also has 21 marketing offices located throughout North America. Univex products are sold through a network of more than 1,000 dealers who supply thousands of food service operators throughout the world.
