Great coffee, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Me and my boyfriend went in and we usually have an ok time. But one of the employees used to work with me and got fired, she was at the till. I tried placing our order and she WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME. So my boyfriend had to order because she acted like I wasn't there. I wanted to talk to the manager but my boyfriend told me to be nice we got what we came for. But I feel very disrespected. I am I paying customer and I didn't fire her. I just worked WITH her. I don't know why she was so rude. Thank goodness my boyfriend was there or I don't know if I would have ever got my order taken.
