Provided by YPmobileCustomer service is not like it used to be. Went shopping yesterday, had problems in 2 departments. Manager of Domestics yelled at me for loudly voicing to employee that she asked if I needed help and I replied I am just deciding on the pattern and you disappeared for 20 minutes and she said "I know ". I used to work for a different Macy's before going to College and we always had to have at least 1 person in each area. May start shopping at JC Penney and Kohl's
