NWKC has been buying and selling knives since 1993-nearly 16 years. In 1993, it published its first mail order catalog. Since 1994, it has published a catalog nearly every month, with catalogs being mailed around the world. We deal in all kinds of knives, older pocket knives, older sheath knives, handmade and factory knives, both folding and straight, military knives, bowie knives, ethnic knives, swords, bolos, machetes and just about anything else that cuts anything. Over the years, NWKC has owned and operated two retail knife stores. During these years it was able to develop relationships with countless manufacturers and makers. In addition, Claussen has traveled across the U.S. for the past 15 years attending knife shows, which has given NWKC access not only t o manufacturers and makers, but also thousands of collectors and dealers of antique and handmade knives. As a result, in addition to factory knives, Northwest is always acquiring and dealing in rare antique and collectible knives that are not available t o most knife dealers and cutlery stores.
