Your stores are horrible. The Salem, Oregon store has horrible customer service.

The theme of Buy, Sell, repeat is an outright scam. This should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I have tested this stores policy of Buy, Sell, Repeat and it's a bald faced lie. New clothes, tags still on and they were refused.

A great concept ruined again by unscrupulous stores.

This is an awesome store! I need to come in here more often!!!

Too many selection, but Well worth it!

They were very courteous and helpful. The used clothes were as good as new. And when they knew that I was shopping for an orphanage they slashed the price further, doing the extra bit on their part. Thanks to Maria and her team. You all were wonderful.

The quality is great. The best find so far was a Kenneth Cole leather jacket for $6.00.. Awsome

The store is nicely organizaed with the large space that they have plus the rows are wide enough to push a stoller thru since i never shop alone. The quality is great. This store is super adorable. The owner is super nice which makes it a plus. The store is clean and well organized. Great customer service like others said, both owner & worker were very helpful. They are selective in what they carry, so you don't have to worry about sorting through lots of junk like many second-hand stores.

I really like Once Upon A Child shop. They have lots of gently used items, and hand made items as well. I really liked the owner, very helpful and very nice! I will be visiting here again, very soon!

I was pretty satisfied with what they pay you for your used clothes, however there prices when you are making the purchase can be outrages. compared to other locals such as Dazy Maze and kidz stuff. There customer service is a mess also!
