I was in an unfortunate fender bender while in Medford recently, and within TWO MINUTES of contacting Melissa at Bob Cegon's office, I knew what to do, where to go, and felt completely COVERED. I used to be an insurance hater, but after dealing with these awesome people, I feel fortunate to have them carry my policy.
