Seriously, your delivery service it unacceptable. 2 mile radius is a joke. I placed a large order for a meeting and was told that they don't deliver that far, so I had to pickup the order myself. When I talked to the manager, he informed me that it is a corporate decision and they worry about the freshness of the sandwiches so they only deliver with in 2 miles. Are you kidding me? This isn't Kansas City. How much time does it take to drive from one end of town to the other? I did mention that the pizza companies didn't seem to have an issue with delivery. Same excuse. New's flash Jimmy John's..Hire extra drivers and provide the service to Salina that is expected.. If not, you can count down the number of days you will probably stay in business at this rate. With that said, I won't be doing business with you in the future. You just lost out on a $100 order.

The subs are amazing!

Franchise Disaster!! The delivery radius is very minimal. I live 2.4 miles from the location and it says that I am out of the delivery area!! If you want to make it in Salina and get the word out, cater to your customer.
