Got our bed here a few years ago thats been great. This time needed one for my boys. Costco was sold out, but they we're surprisingly in the same ball park and we were able to get it delivered for free the next day

Bought a mattress from Mancinis in Salinas and they screwed up the delivery so bad that we just ended up canceling the order. They have horrible customer service, never called us back when there was a problem with the order.



When Mancinis came to deliver the mattress the sales person had screwed up the delivery. The new mattress was in and the old mattress was out by their truck when they decided there was a problem with the paperwork, so they put the old mattress back, even though they claimed that they would be back the next morning to deliver the exact same mattress again! We had already paid and they weren't disputing the payment, it was something to do with the removal of the old mattress. The manager at the store was "too busy" to handle the issue right then, so we get to reschedule to wait around the next day for another two hour window. If it was a simple paperwork issue they should have been able to just finish the delivery instead of making us reschedule for a new two hour window. They were supposed to schedule it for the next day and we never got a call back. We just ended up calling and canceling the order.
