Geetha Varma MD is focused on providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with all types of cancers, blood disorders, and other conditions. She earned her medical degree at Calicut Medical College in Kerala, India in 1991. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Aurora Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2001, and her Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the Roswell Park Cancer Center and Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, New York in 2004. Dr. Varma is certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, Oncology, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She serves as the Medical Director of Central Coast Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice. She and her husband have two children. In her free time, she like to read and hike.
