Thank you Click Computers! Excellent...Excellent service!!

Well, I was very impressed with the service from Click Computers. Got a virus on my computer on Saturday afternoon, Mike came over, disconnected it, took it to his office, corrected the problem and had it back to me by noon on Monday. Not only was the service fast, professional, courteous and economical he answered all those questions we all have about computers and the internet. He will now get all my business and personal computer business. He also will get my business when I need a new computer. I was very impressed.

My computer was infected with a very nasty virus that required that everything be deleted from the computer and reentered. Michael did a super job saving all my data, separating them from the virus . He then upgraded the operating system to Windows 7 and reinstalled all my saved data. The set up of Widows Live Mail was difficult but Michael was able to find a way to download all my contacts. He also setup COMODO for backup on the Seagate external drive. He did many things, in addition to those required. My computer is now setup very complete. Michael is a computer genius. When my hard drive crashed I was sure I was doomed. I took it over to Geek Squad and all I heard from the "barely out of high school" tech was "We'll try a bunch of tests, charge you a bunch of money then replace the hardware and software, charge you a bunch more money and basically you'll lose most of your files." Heck, why not skip the diagnostics and just dump my files from the start. So, still standing in Best Buy, I called Mike at Click Computers. He told me he'd make data and program recovery a priority. If there was any way to save it, he would do it, no matter how hard. I packed up the laptop and sent it to him. He called me when it arrived to let me know so I could quit worrying. He called me when he had completed the first battery of diagnostics, and the second. He recovered the data but couldn't save the hard drive. Mike then made the hardware and software replacements and put it back in the mail, and verified by phone. What you get with Mike and Click Computers is peace

I can't thank you enough for fixing my computers. I had contracted some spyware and viruses that had caused some serious problems. I called one of the other companies, and they came to work on my computers, but unfortunately, the problems weren't fixed. I called them and they came again. Despite this second visit, problems remained. Two visits and over 400 dollars in charges. I called them again and they said they would be happy to come again and charge me the regular fee minus 10%. No thanks. I called Click and had the problem fixed in one visit at half the price, and with five times the explanation as to what was wrong, how to fix it and how to prevent problems in the future. Click Computers are experts in a field filled with amateurs. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service, and how relieved I am to have a well running machine at last. Thanks
