Flat-Rate / Fixed Pricing: •$90.00 - Mono Printers, Faxes, Scanners, •$109.00 Color Printers and Shredder repairs •$129.00 - Copiers, Mono MFP's and repairs (excludes Oce & Xerox - see hourly pricing) •$149.00 - Color Copiers, Color MFP's and Laminator repairs (excludes Xerox - See Hourly Pricing) •$189.00 - HP DesignJet & Wide Format Ink repairs (call for specific models serviced) Note: Whether your repair takes 1 hour or 5 hours, Alltech's Fixed Labor pricing remains the same. This approach to service allows AllTech to focus on the quality of each repair without our customers incurring an escalating labor cost. Hourly Pricing: •$109.00 - Networking (due to unforeseen network challenges) •$85.00 - PM Kit rebuilds (due to the hours involved in the rebuild process) •$129.00 - Xerox Copiers, Xerox Phasers & Xerox MFP's •$189.00 - Oce, Ricoh & Xerox Wide Format Laser (call for specific models serviced) "Same Day Service Guarantee" Although AllTech provides an average service response of 4 hours or less, sometimes service requests have a "we need service now" requirement. For these type of situations AllTech offers a "Same Day Service Guarantee" Guaranteed Same Day Service Pricing is as follows: •$39.00 - guarantees you next call service from one of our Certified Service Engineers Same Day Service Guarantee is as follows: •AllTech will deliver your service as scheduled or you will receive half price labor on your repair. This Guarantee applies to service calls placed before 1pm.
