BUYER BEWARE! My aunt used this company because it was the first one she found in the phone book. She had some plumbing services done with this company and in addition, she asked them to replace and install her toilet. She is not familiar with brands, or types of toilets, or what services cost for that matter. She simply told the serviceman she needed a good quality toilet because she runs a home daycare with several children using the one bathroom all day. He installed a Toto drake toilet that (after I researched the internet found out only costs $280-$488 at all other locations), and ARS charged her a total of $906 for the toilet and install!!!! This is outrageous!!!!!!!! Even if they had used the higher end toilet at $488, that means they charged her over $400 to install!!! I had my handyman, who is also a licensed contractor, recently install THREE high-end toilets (which we bought at home depot) in my own home for under $100 for ALL THREE toilets!!!!!!!! If I had been in town when my aunt called ARS, I would have never allowed her to authorize this service! BUYER BEWARE! ARS' prices are outrageous! Do your homework before you authorize them to do any work on your home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I also have a current BBB dispute in process with this company because when I complained to the Service Manager and requested a partial refund of the service fees, he refused and only agreed to give my aunt $132 back for the cancelled service plan that they made her buy at the time of service! I have yet to receive a check for $132 also! I plan to complain to corporate as well.

Had a bad plumbing issue after returning home from a long period away. Art came out and within two hours of the initial call had everything fixed. Great service and a great price.

I was having a problem with a leak. They come out in about an hour and the technician (Rob D) found the problem and gave me a written estimate. I had him repair the problem and he was very knowledgable, very helpful, and very friendly. I would definitely call them again.

We contacted Rescue Rooter on Thanksgiving morning, not expecting to get anything but an answering machine or service since it was a holiday. Instead, we found a friendly, helpful voice on the other end of the phone, who told us someone would come to our home that day. They arrived and diagnosed our plumbing problem using state-of-the-art equipment and expertise. They even sent a supervisor twice to check the work done on our sewer pipe system. From beginning to end, all who we came into contact with from this company were expert and efficient. For 20 years we have had a plumber come out to flush our sewer lines once per year, yet no other company, until we dealt with Rescue Rooter, ever properly diagnosed our problem. And, their work is guaranteed. They were extremely professional, courteous, timely and experienced. HIGHLY recommend this company!

I signed up for their annual home inspection so this way I am aware of potential problems before they become a headache and I can budget accordingly.
