Horrible experience, I spend a decent amount of time the day before my appointment emailing back and fourth with a gentleman who works in their “appointment and pricing department” we finally found the best option for me price and size as well as availability. I show up today for my scheduled appointment at 8 am only to find out they would not honor the price even though I have it in writing from our email conversations. I was informed the representative Tyler, had made a mistake and the manager said that’s the price of goods. Incredibly rude, he even made a reference to the water I was drinking by stating you probably paid $3.00 for that, you won’t get it for $1.00 literally shocked by his horrible customer service.

I found this tire dealer on YP and was able to get buy one tire get one free even though I didn't have a coupon. It was such a good deal I got a lifetime alignment. Was in and out in less than two and a half hours which was great.

When to this place cause the one on national city. Suck they had bad customer. Service. U wait long but this. Place was great got my quote. Like it and got my tires. I will come more offend

My tire blew out on the way home Tuesday night. It was late in the evening, so no where was open. I had my tire changed to my spare, drove home, but new I couldn't get all the way to my office the next day w/o a new tire. Thankfully a new Evans Tires just opened right around the corner from my house! I got there at 7:30 and planned for a ride to the office. Turns out, they were able to get me a new tire & rotate all my tires almost by the time my ride had arrived. I was out the door by 8 and at the office by 8:15. Thanks Evans Tires!!
