These people don't know how to run a business, we got double charged for rooms already paid for, found dead roach in our room and found bugs in our salad all within the first day if staying at this place!!! Seriously these people need to work on their customer service, cause ive worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and this hotel by far was my worst experience ever!!!!!!
