In 14 years of business I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors. We've struggled to find qualified help at reasonable costs and more than once been left holding the bag. So, I shied away from outsourcing for years. I decided to take the risk and try Grow Team and after 9 months have seen decent growth. Our organic traffic went up 40% after the first 5 months and we are now up 82% in organic sales. A very well run organization and team to work with.

I am a skeptical person by nature and don't often write reviews but felt that in this case it was warranted. I own several commercial websites and my largest producing site was hit with a manual action penalty for unnatural links back in 2013 thanks to some black hat work an agency did at that time. We went through the disavow process and tried three different agencies to help us recover our lost traffic but nothing really worked even though they all promised they could fix it. I found one of Grow Team's blogs online and when I called I was transferred directly to their CEO. He listened to my lengthy story and then surprised me by giving me what I think was the most honest assessment of my options and likelihood of success that anyone had ever given me. After several more meetings we decided to do business with them and they did find us an agency that has finally fixed our issue and restored our traffic. The results have been great, but what I think is oustanding is their efficiency.

I am appreciative of the support I got from Derek as he saved me from a horrible agreement. I bought Derek’s book on Amazon and after reading it contacted him because I realized I was being taken advantage of by my SEO company (Won’t name them here for legal reasons). Derek spent the energy to analyze my situation and confirmed that the company I was using was not delivering what they had promised. He recommended a different SEO group and got them to price-match my other agreement. I was concerned about switching because when I called the other agency they threatened me and said if I tried to break the contract they would take me to court. I explained the situation to Derek and he contacted the owner of the other agency directly. I don’t know what he said but they released my contract and refunded my last payment that same day! It’s been 3 ½ months with the new agency now and I am ecstatic about how this all played out.

Not at all what I thought when I first talked to them. They are not an SEO agency but have a network of selected top performing companies they organize people with. After hearing their pitch we decided to bite and go with a referral they made for a group in Florida. The return on investment is great so far and Cassandra is on top of our deliverables. Overall I would give the experience 5 stars and recommend it over picking companies ourselves.

Our revenue is up 86% after allowing Grow Team to run our digital marketing throughout the last 2 years. They are now responsible for our paid search, search engine optimization, media buying and web development. We were hesitant at first to have several services with one company but it’s worked out and I’m happy to write this review.

This expense has added huge value to my organization. Our traffic is up 60%+, sales 20%+ and the owners set me up with a developer that is helping us move to a Magento platform. This will be the highest revenue year for us and I’m very grateful.

Thank you for all of your guidance. The evaluation opened our eyes to all the possibilites and things we need to do to compete smarter. I rarely come across companies, especially ones in this industry, that care and have this magnitude of expertise.

11 months since we switched over from our previous SEO company - Our last company not only did not increase our rankings but half the time we couldn't tell what they were doing.



We have attributed an increase in sales of 12 percent online to our new marketing campaigns since moving over. Reporting and transparency of work completed has been the biggest difference.
