Do not rent from this company. We didn't have heat for more than a year and they gave us a 1-month credit. Then, a fire started in the wall due to faulty wiring that we had complained about for more than a year - the fire dept. said it wasn't safe to live there. During the 4 months it took them to fix it and get all the work inspected and approved, they charged us rent, even though we couldn't live there. They won't take it to court because they would lose, but refuse to take it off the credit report. They told us we overloaded the kitchen circuit with a microwave and blender. And, we overloaded the living room circuit with a cable box, playstation and tv. They charged us for roof tiles that had water damage because the roof was leaking - they are horrible. Stay away from them.
