Monday 1-19-09 Noon From the first staff member, who asked what do you want, to the last shift manager who said, do you want a drink, the attitude was one of "get out of my store". Not once was I asked, would you like something extra on your sandwich? Would you like to have the sandwich toasted? How about a soft drink and chips? Would you like some fresh baked cookies? I was treated more like a robber, i.e., what do you want, now leave. The shift manager took my money, said nothing but hurried to the back of the store. I asked an employee to have her return for a conversation. As I expressed by displeasure with the bad attitude of the staff, it became apparent to me that she was the reason for bad attitudes. Her only comment was, " I will talk to her". Whatever that means?????????



Being a frequent customer of this store and others, this was the last time you will see me. It is said that the best and worst advertising is that of word of mouth. I assure you this store will receive the worst type of business reference to all of my friends and neighbors. In these times of a poor economy and thrifty spenders, a business should be able to provide good service. You failed.
