Hello, my name is Amy. I just recently visited one of your properties that was posted for rent and I'm deeply hurt by the situation. Due to the nature of the situation, no pet policy, the owner felt that since we have service animals that we don't qualify to rent at his house. However, I wanted you to know that it's considered discrimination due to the nature of service animals, which are excluded as pets. I have it documented in email form as to what the reason was considering we were denied to rent. I could respect the owners only if it was justified by a different reason. I already sent the owner a disclosed email in regards to service animals animal the disability act. Furthermore, if thus matter does not get resolved, I will not hesitate to file a discrimination lawsuit. If you wish to discuss further options please let me know. Thank you.

Summit Property Management is the best Managment company for HOA's in San Diego. There is nothing but good things to say about this company, the customer service is terrific and the staff is friendly. My Property Manager was professional and helped me with my questions. I think Summit is a great company.
