Dr. Friedenthal is a UC Clinical Professor and Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the California Skin Institute. A Yale Medical School graduate, Dr. Friedenthal trained at Yale, Stanford, and the UC Medical Center in San Francisco. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and he lectures, teaches, and trains other plastic surgeons internationally as well as locally. Dr. Friedenthal designs an approach to surgery that creates a natural, enduring and youthful appearance for his patients. His personal philosophy is that the contours and geometric shape of the human form and face can be restored and maintained beautifully over time.
