My water softener broke after 2 years of service. Although the machine is covered by the 3 year warranty, they still charge me ($65) for labor to come "look at" the machine. A technician came and told us the main unit is broken and need to be replaced. After numerous phone calls with the main office, they decided to charge me another $150 labor for replacing the unit. However on the day of appointment, the technicians show up without a replacement and took away our broken unit to repair instead. Now I paid them $65 + $150 and have no water softener to use. Good luck if you are thinking to buy one from them.
