CNCS provides consultation with physicians, families, individuals, attorneys, and the Courts. Our reports provide a clear understanding of a patient's cognitive (memory and thinking abilities), behavioral, and personality strengths and weaknesses, clarifies diagnosis, and offers specific practical treatment recommendations/accommodations. A neuropsychological evaluation is recommended if changes in cognitive function or behavior are suspected, or to monitor the neuropsychological effects of medication or treatment over time. Typical referrals are made to diagnose or rule out various conditions, and to describe their impact on a person's cognitive functioning.
