I found it necessary to write a review as my experience was excellent! I will be doing a comparison of my Precision Graphics experience to the San Leandro Marina, Fed Ex Kinkos. Kinkos: 4pm, Took in photo image to get it enlarged, they took my name. They printed out a sample photo and our faces were extremely dark, they said they don't do adjustments to lighting on photos. They printed me an invoice and told me it would be 27 dollars upon pick up. Kinkos told me they would call me either that same night or the following morning. 12:52pm, no call.Next Day,Precision Graphics: Called them with the same job. They said they were able to do it. I came to the store and everyone was very friendly. I gave the worker my flash drive with the photo, and within minutes, it was ready to print. He also did some lighting adjustments, so it would not print out dark. The print came out awesome! All took about ten minutes with no line. The service fee was about 20 dollars, which is not bad.
