I called servpro to come out to give me quote to service the crawlspace under my fathers house after two pipes leaked and left a good amount of standing water. Some came out gave me a quote to suck up the water and treat and i was good with the cost so I hired them a few weeks later. The day of my appointment two young ladies came out (on time) and promptly got started. The job was supposed to take 3 to 4 hours but 45 minutes later one of the young ladies came to the porch and said she was done. When i questioned why the job was done so fast she informed me that there was no standing water and all she had to do was spray to treat the soil. So about 3 hours later the plumbers came out fix the pipes and said they couldn't do it because there was still standing water so i called servpro back out and they claimed again that there was no water under the house so i had the plumbers come out again and once again they refused to start the job until the standing water was sucked up (mind you no one is staying there because of the smell, so no water is being used), finally i call out another company who charged me double but they were able suck up 160 gallons of standing water. Now servpro wants to collect for doing absolutely nothing even though in our email conversation I sent them a picture of the standing water these blind ass people still can't see the water. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING
