This place is nothing but incompetence from the receptionist to the physicians. My first experience with them was trying to call multiple times from 9am-9:30am (notice they open at 9am) and getting the voicemail that they are closed, I should have stopped calling and run the other way. Dr Cassidy didn't listen to a word I said about my current pregnancy and my previous pregnancy. Then I had to go to another location for the ultrasound on a different day. Dr Hawkins was kind and I felt that he listened to me, but I needed my medication that I have been on and after a week after the appointment and calling the facility twice they still have yet to send the prescription to CVS, in fact my previous OB Dr sent in a prescription for me! I've also had a hard time paying my bill, I've called and have left a message for them to call me back to no prevail. In the end I had a miscarriage, for something that could have been prevented and still have yet to get my needed medication.
