I have been visiting this store for several years now, it's actually the only Subway my family likes to eat at. Tonight we went and ordered two kids meals and a large sandwich. The customer service was terrible tonight! I tried to add bacon to one of the kids meals and was told I wasn't aloud to do that. I also asked for them to fill three little cups with ranch. They only gave us one to begin with. When I ordered them I requested to not have the packets but when I asked about them again at the window they tried to give me packets again. I told him that's not what I wanted and he got two more cups of ranch. When he handed them out to me they were so covered in ranch inside and out it stained the pants and shirt I was wearing. I'm pretty sure it was intentional because the one ranch he was willing to give me was not completely cover in sauce. Then I had to sit and wait for them to reopen the window so that I could ask for the drinks that I had ordered. After the ranch incident I didn't dare check the drinks and once we got home we found that they were also incorrect. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated tonight and will NEVER visit this store again.
