What We Do We offer CNC programming services and can provide a G-code program for a complete part, or a single feature. Working from a CAD model or print, we will create tool path for your job, and output a CNC program that will run on your machine. Additionally, you will be supplied with a setup sheet, showing cycle time, a tool list, and part workholding and setup information. Call Us Today! A sample program to create a post, a quick discussion on processing, stock size and a part design is all that is required. We create the CNC program, document for setup and specify what each tool will be milling. We also provide a video of a computer simulated machined part for your review before the program goes to the machine. We take the surprise out of what to expect at the machine. Before our programs are delivered they are processed using 3D simulation software to detect any gouging, excess stock, shanking, and rapid errors.
